The Parents and Teachers Association organized the Parents’ Educational Course on 28 March 2026. The event featured a Career Planning Seminar for parents of S1 to S3 students. It was led by the Quality School Improvement Project (QSIP) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, along with experts from the CoCoon Entrepreneurship Program to help parents understand modern workplace trends.
This was followed by a Mindful Self-Care Workshop for parents of S1 to S5 students. It was conducted by a clinical psychologist and a social worker from the TWGHs Jockey Club Tin Shui Wai Integrated Services Centre, who shared mindfulness techniques for stress management.
The course aimed to empower parents with positive guidance skills while promoting their mental well-being, enabling them to walk alongside their children in planning for the future.
