To help S.5 students gain firsthand information on higher education and plan their future paths, the Career and Life Planning Team organized a series of university visits in April. Students visited The University of Hong Kong (HKU), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), and Lingnan University (LingU) to experience campus life.
During the visits, students attended admission talks detailing entry requirements and programme features. Highlights included curriculum introductions for the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Engineering, and a lesson trial with the Faculty of Science at HKU; specialized tours of the School of Nursing, the School of Optometry, and the Department of Biomedical Engineering at PolyU; and a campus tour at LingU featuring an inspiring sharing session by alumnus Professor Tsang Hin-fat. These visits provided students with valuable insights into various professional fields, enabling them to make informed decisions for their future academic pursuits.
