The Heats and Final of the Annual Athletics Meet were successfully held on 30th and 31st October 2017 at Yuen Long Stadium. With all the athletes and cheering teams demonstrating their energy and zest, the stadium was full of joy and excitement.

Efforts made by the athletes and the House officials could be seen from the excellent races and the beautiful decorations on the spectator stand respectively. The highlight of the meet was the Parent-Teacher-Alumni-Students 4 X 100m Relay. The team led by the alumnus, Mr. TAM Siu-hin, won the championship: The first runner-up went to the team led by our teacher, Mr. LEE Chor-fung, and the team led by our office clerk, Mr. WAN Chi-kin, was the second runner-up. All teams made an remarkable effort in the competition.

Boys Individual Champions were S5 NG Kwan-ho (A Grade), S3 LAW Chun-ho, James (B Grade) and S2 CHAU Chun-yan (C Grade). Girls Individual Champions were S6 MOK Chui-yin, Karen (A Grade), S3 LAM Yat-long, Anna (B Grade) and S1 LAW Ming-wai (C Grade). This year, Progress House received the Best Decoration Award. The biggest triumph belonged to Honesty House. They won the Overall Championship, the Overall Girls Championship and the Best Cheering Team Award. Bravo, boys and girls of Honesty House!
