The S.1 Orientation Day was held at the School Hall on 19th July, 2017. Our Principal, Mr. KONG Yick-cheong, extended his warm welcome to all new S.1 students and their parents. The teachers-in-charge of the Discipline Team, the Counselling Team, the Other Learning Experiences Committee, and the Career and Life Planning Team introduced the work of their teams to the students and parents. In addition, the PTA Chairperson, Mr. YAN Cheuk-tong, introduced the PTA to the parents. Then, the Q & A session rounded up the first part of the programme. In the second part of the programme, a talk and a sharing session on ‘How parents can help their children adapt to the life in secondary school’ were provided by the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong. The parents found the talk and sharing session very informative. The S.1 Orientation ended in an interactive and harmonious atmosphere.
